The Butler’s Loft

A vintage style apartment located on the top of Penarwyn House, Butler’s Loft reflects the Victorian era in which the House was built. Luxuriously roomy and comfortable, the self-catering apartment is a real haven of tranquillity.

Authentic to its period, the spacious sitting room includes a large comfy sofa and armchairs to relax and watch TV. Netflix is available. There is also a dedicated workspace with Wifi available throughout the property.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, single oven, hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. Enjoy breakfast together in the Loft’s private dining room, which overlooks the gardens.

After a busy day exploring Cornwall, rest in a king-size bed. There is a private bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, wc and hand basin.

The Butler’s Loft is located on the second floor of Penarwyn House.

Guests have the use of the secret garden – a separate walled garden which is accessed via a pretty wooded pathway.

our apartment was very comfortable and uniquely designed by Tracy with all the home comforts included. there was an area of the garden dedicated for the use of the guests which could be used for dining or sipping a wine.

It is self catering so we took everything we would need with us but there were some useful items in the kitchen like a tea towel & washing cloth, cleaning liquids etc available to use. The rooms were beautifully decorated with everything in coordinated colours- very evident that the host is an interior decorator. The rooms were bright and the furniture comfortable. Tracy and her husband welcomed us on arrival and assured us that if we needed anything they were happy to help. They also made a point of being there to say goodbye as we left.

Great accomodations in the Butlers loft. Lots of rooms with a full kitchen with everything you needed. Very cute ittle dining room and big bedroom with a great view. We had great communications with the host and had a really lovely stay even though it rained the entire trip. Lovely and warm, lots of information about local attractions and walks plus blankets for snuggling on the sofa.
